Reporting a Problem
To help us understand what's going on, please include as much of the following as you can:
- Device model (for example, iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro)
- iOS / iPadOS / visionOS version
- ShareLinx app version or build, if you know it
- What happened
- What you expected to happen
- Screenshots, if you think they'd help
The more detail you can share, the easier it is for us to pinpoint the issue.
Quick Troubleshooting
Before reaching out, here are a few quick things that often help:
- Restart the app. Close ShareLinx fully and reopen it.
- Check iCloud. If you're expecting your links to sync, make sure you're signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and ShareLinx is allowed to use iCloud in Settings.
- Confirm the page is accessible. If a title, image, or summary doesn't appear, check that the original webpage loads normally.
- Try saving the link again. A fresh save can clear up occasional hiccups.
A Note on AI Summaries
Optional AI summaries depend on Apple Intelligence support on your device and on having enough readable text on the page. If a summary doesn't appear or looks limited, the page may not have had enough readable content, or your device may not support this feature.
